I believe that something important that's left out is to practice breath hold. Won't be able to stay underwater that long if you can't hold your breath that long. For me, I can only hold my breath for 3 minutes static, and that is already pushing it when I start getting contractions close to 3min. Haven't tried out breath hold yet while swimming

i admit i got a tiny bit of envious seeing people doing the stuff they love for living. I may not understand their passion but It's always warms my heart seeing people found their calling in life.
